I am working on a Self Assessment and Job Application Memo. I need to determine which position that I am best suited for. However, when I compare my test results and leadership competencies I am not quite sure which one is best suited for me.

For example: Sales Director, Middle East position -- It requires an individual who is able to recruit, hire and train individuals. It is expected that the sales team is largely male.

My test results show under the Jung Personality Typology Test that I am an ENFJ, Communication skills is 89%. Self Esteem Test is 77%, Leadership style is Diplomatic and Cultural Intelligence Test scores are high.

So do I fit this position or the Director of Research and Development or the VP of headquarter Operations, or the Executive Director, North American Division.
