I am in the process of writing a 15 page document describing a current environmental situation describing specific issues for leaders in the 21st century. I have chosen Delta Airlines and the ongoing issues with Pilots as my topic. In this paper I have to:

1. describe the situation

2. identify the specific issues

3. select the leadership style or challenges associated with the situation

4. present a "general model" or strategy for leading through these challenges.
