Question

For this activity, select a human disease caused by a virus, and indicate the clinical disease (ex. Human Influenza) under "Human Disease", Next indicate which animals the virus can originate from (ex. flu can come from wild birds AND domesticated birds and pigs). We would want to place wild birds under the "Wild Animal" circle and domesticated birds and pigs in the "Domesticated Animal" circle. Next, we need to indicate specific viral attachment protein (today's lecture) and place that between the "Wild Animal" and Domesticated Animal Circle. Finally, the host cell receptor that the virus attaches is to be indicated under the clinical disease in the "Human Disease" Venn circle.
