There are hundreds, if not thousands of assessment tools in the psychometric consultancy business, each claiming to provide individuals and companies with means to identify deeper human characteristics beyond an interview.

While selection of personnel is an important function of HR, a competent HR professional is duty bound to the tasks of choosing the right assessment tools, ones which are rigorously tested to be reliable and valid.

In other words, HR professionals must be discerning in their selection of assessment tools in order to select the right and psychometrically strong instruments for use.

In this GBA, your group is to attempt the following tasks:

1) Your group is tasked to assist a pharmaceutical company to select a corporate social responsibility executive.
