Mrs. Charles yesterday. She is a 88 year old female with a hx of dementia, HTN, and OA. Her daughter states she seems "off balance" or "lightheaded" sometimes. Her BP in the office was 100/58, which is slightly lower than normal. Her CBC and urine were normal. Her BUN was 67 and her Creatinine was 1.9. Her last results a year ago were normal. The rest of her CMP was okay except her K+ was 3.0. She is on Lisinopril 10mg daily, Naproxen 500mg BID PRN, and an Exelon Patch daily. What are you concerned with in her labs? Would you change anything with her medications?
