You are the HR Manager of a FMCG company based in Geneva, Switzerland. The organization is currently at the second level of development of HR practices, according to the PCMM (People Capability Maturity Model - as per class discussion). In order to increase employee performance, minimize turnover and further grow the business, you have identified the need of creating a structured Performance Management System for all Head Office Employees (150 full time employees). You had initially discussed this with the CEO, who has now asked you to prepare a proposal describing the approach you would suggest the company take. He would like to better understand the purpose and the different approaches available. Your resources are unlimited; the company is in good financial standing, and the CEO is ready to invest in developing people practices.

Write a 5-page report (11-size font, single between lines, double space between paragraphs; cover page and bibliography not included in page count) introducing a formal Performance Management Process for the company. Which approach (-es) and tools, do you find most effective? Explain your choices.

Make sure you conduct a detailed analysis, and clearly justify all of the steps you decide to take.
