Task
In order to revive an engineering/ technology based company that currently undergoing crisis, your team has presented a proposed change management plan to the top management of the company. Along with your group, 80 other groups have also given a detailed presentation. Based on the interesting proposals suggested by different groups during the presentation, the top management has shortlisted 10 groups to implement the change in the organization. Your change management leadership team is among them. However, the company wants further clarification and details on areas that are crucial to implement the change. Therefore, the company has now asked your team to submit a detailed change management plan addressing the factors presented in the Table below.
Team member 1:
Part A
1. Explain the current status of the company with necessary background information.
2. Identify the reasons for change.
3. Explain the type & scope of the change.
4. State the vision of the organization before and after change.
Part B
Perform a quantitative analysis of different leadership styles and based on that suggest the leadership style/styles that is/are best suited for the organization during the implementation of the change management plan.
Team member 2:

1. Check and assess the organizational readiness for change.
2. List all the resources required for change.
3. Schedule the activities for change.
Part B Explain the steps your selected organization will take to ensure the employees overcome psychological changes.
Team member 3:
Part A
1. Perform the stakeholder analysis based on the organisational structure during change. Include at least 8 stakeholders.
2. Perform a detailed risk analysis for at least 6 areas during change and present mitigation strategies.
Part B Develop a detailed working guideline for the organization to consider during the change and after the change.
Team member 4:
Part A
1. Present a detailed cost plan for change.
2. Develop a detailed communication plan for change.
3. Perform a review of change strategy.
Part B Assess the complete change management plan to ensure strategic re-alignment and restructuring of the organisation using the change leadership methodology.
