Colby, a 20 year old college student, presents to the Student Health Center because he has notice a yellow green discharge from his penis the day before. He is sexually active and has been with more than 20 partners in his lifetime so far. His last sexual contact was 3 days ago; he does not know if she had any other partners. He denies fever or chills. He reports dysuria and purulent discharge from urethra. On exam the testes are descended bilaterally, no scrotal or testicular masses present. Purulent yellow discharge present on the urethral meatus.
