Classroom and school performance positively influences job performance in many ways. For starters, Job and school performances are very similar. You are working towards a goal, usually with deadlines, and have clear expectations of your time. School differs from a job because you are the one paying to be there, while a job will pay you. Being successful in school means that you are gaining the skills to be successful in an arteries, and doing so in controlled environment with assistance as needed. It is basically a career with training wheels! If you are able to be successful in riding a bike with training wheels, then you will have a much better chance at riding a 2-wheel bike than if you were to just hop on a 2-wheel bike without practicing with training wheels first. With education, you are much more likely to succeed; and with a great deal fewer bumps and scrapes too.
