A parent states to the nurse in the health care provider's (HCP's) office that they're frustrated regarding their school-age child's nightly enuresis for the past 3 years. The parent has limited the child's evening fluids, eliminated all caffeine and soft drinks from the child's diet, and has had the child wash their own sheets, but still the bedwetting continues almost every night.
