Ms. Jackman, a long-haul truck driver, who always seems to be in a rush, has arrived for her yearly scheduled Ministry of Transportation Medical Review. She arrives in time for her 9:30 appointment, and the nurse practitioner takes her in right away. When she finishes her assessment, she appears at your desk to receive her completed forms, pay for the service, and book her next appointment. She becomes very upset when you tell her the fee since she was seen a year ago has increased by $50. She says that you seem to have no problem "upping" her fees while the forms and the service remain the same. in this situation we have to tell if we will be health office adminstrator what we will do.
