Looking at the pace technology is growing and how we are making new discoveries, the future is starting to look like what we saw in the movies. The next 5 years would definitely mean technology taking over a lot of jobs and many sectors. This would make our lives so much easier and so much convenient. Here are two scenarios in technological sector that could the future in next 5 years:

Scenario 1:

The first scenario includes a lot more cars with technology. Even now, the cars are really advanced compared to last decade but in the next five years, it would go to a whole new level. The cars like tesla, are fully automatic and can go 100s of km without the driver taking control and to add to that, these cars don't even need gas, which means they are a lot green. Another great feature is that these cars can even notify of a defective part and order it themselves. So, for the next five years, I think that there would be more cars like that on roads and that would mean a lot less accidents. Connecting these cars through IoT's can reduce a lot of existing traffic problems like congestion and accidents. For regulating these cars, there would be a lot more cameras and sensors on the roads. This is something that I think can happen, and that is that in future the cars can actually sense when a person is not well and according to the risk, the car can drive to the nearest hospital and alert them about the situation. Same can happen with the police systema as the police can send a signal to the car they are chasing and it would automatically pull over, reducing the crime.

Scenario 2:

The second scenario is based on robots. Tesla recently announced that they have a prototype ready for a humanoid: a robot capable of doing everyday tasks that are boring for people to do. This is the first of its kind and is expected to be released in one or two years. This is a huge step in itself but imagine what would it give birth to. Once a humanoid is built, the other companies would start doing so too which would mean more advanced robots that have much more capability than just doing regular tasks. these bots can replace jobs of security guards, cashiers, assembly line workers and maybe even the police officers. This has a huge and a very advanced future in the next five years. These bots would be able to do regular tasks all day without getting tired which humans cant do for more than a certain period of time. This would mean more risk to privacy and maybe people using this for criminal purposes, but that is something we would have to deal with.
