The following areas should be covered in your assignment:
1. Provide a brief description of the organisation background and areas that can be improved by effective use of information systems.
2. Provide a description of the current information systems problems as much as possible such as loss of profit due to outdated systems used, poor information systems, loss of loyalty of customers, specific quality concerns, decreased market share and so on. The problems identified need to be analysed with reference to relevant topics in this subject. As an example, you may choose to apply customer relationship management to solve problems, apply relevant models or concepts related to IS. Try to choose the topic models/concepts that offer the most useful insights into the problem. You only need to apply one or two models to solve problems if you select the model.

4. Prior to implementing the new information system, you need to provide a detailed plan of a change program, activities, and procedures. The change program, activities or procedures need to ensure that the new system solves the problems or improves the situation.
5. A report of 2500 words summarising your analysis must be submitted by the due date. Your report must have a cover page duly completed, and it must be fully referenced.
