• Conduct a Literature Review and identify relevant articles
• Identify type of business model used in this company
• Provide critical review and evaluation of business model
• Provide Business Model Canvas or Disciplined Entrepreneurship Canvas for your case study

The Report should include:
• Introduction
• Body Paragraphs( description of business model)
• Business model canvas/ Disciplined Entrepreneurship canvas
• Concluding Paragraph( conclusions and findings)

Assessment Applied project (Individual)

Assessment Details:
This assessment is designed to assess your technical skills in preparing a business plan. This is an individual assignment, select a project case (either from a real-life or simulated project or a project case from an organisation of your selection).
You are required to provide a business plan for your applied case project.
The report should include Executive summary, Business Description, Industry background, Environmental Analysis, competitive analysis, Market Research, Marketing plan, Operations plan, Forecasting, Attachments and milestones, and any relevant details on the chosen topic. You are required to write a report about 2000 words for this part of assignment using business plan structure described in lecture slides.
In completing this assessment successfully, you will be able to gather required data and information to develop a business plan, which will help in achieving ULO1, ULO2 and ULO3, this in turn will help you in achieving CLO-4 and CLO-5, which collectively with other unit learning outcomes will help in achieving GA-AKS1.

Case Study - Baxil Electronics

This case study will assess your knowledge of key content areas of SBM1203.You are required to read analyse the case study "Baxil Electronics". This case helps you to apply various capital budgeting concepts and techiques and to investigate how sensitive our estimate of NPV is to changes in that one variable. You are also required to review any four publications related to the topic as part of this assignment and critique them for relevance to case study.You will find the case study and related reading material on Canvasna and answer the questions. You can access this case when you click on assessment 3.

Assessment : Applied Project Economic and Finance Analysis and presentation slides

This assessment is designed to assess your technical, financial, economical and analytical skills in planning , evaluating and implementing a project effectively and efficiently You are required to select a real life project from an organisation of your selection and prepare the report and provide presentation slide.
Assume that your have been hired by a contractor wishing to prepare and submit an economical and Financial analysis report of the case project. You should prepare a financial report that focuses on economical aspects of the case project.
All submissions should be in MS Word format. In this assignment, the following information should be included:

1. Information about the case project in particular the decision-making situation in which financial/Economical analysis is being applied. In this regard alternatives and their differences should be clearly defined.
2. Assumptions made for modelling and analysis including interest rates, inflation, project life, exchange rate, etc.
3. Risks involved in the case project
4. Cash inflows and outflows for each alternative
5. Financial Analysis of the Case Project
6. Sensitivity Analysis of the Case Project including scenarios for risk and analysis of each scenario.
7. Other non-financial decision making factors involved in the case project (if any)
8. Selection of best alternative
