This assessment is designed to assess your individual and technical skills in planning and communicating a project effectively. You required to select a project case (either from the provided links to the real-life projects or a project case from an organisation of your selection). The project should be in final stage of initial process, with either a signed off project charter or in the stage of getting the approval of the project charter. You are required to write a report of Human Resource, Communications and Stakeholder Management Plan and pertinent subsidiary plans.

This report should include an introduction to the organisation and project, program or portfolio case, a stakeholders' register, a brief project charter, Project HR Management Plan that includes: Roles, Responsibilities, Authority and Competencies, Project Organisation Charts, Staffing Management Plan, Staff acquisition, Resource calendars, Staff release plan, Training needs, Recognition and rewards, Compliance, Safety. Project Communications Management Plan should include Communications Matrix, Project Meeting Guideline (Schedules and Template for MoMs, Project Reporting Procedure (Schedule and Template for Reports, Project Management Information System (PMIS), and Glossary of Common Terminologies. Finally, Project Stakeholder Management Plan should include: Stakeholder Analysis (Identification/Stakeholder Register), Stakeholder Analysis (Power/Interest Matrix), Stakeholder Analysis (Engagement Analysis), and Control Stakeholder Engagement.

For successful completion of this assessment, you are required to study the material provided (lecture slides, tutorials, and reading materials), engage in the unit's activities, and in the discussion forums. The prescribed textbook is the main reference along with the recommended reading material. You are expected to discuss your work with lecturer and to seek support. In completing this assessment successfully, you will be able to effectively to write and communicate project human resource, communications and stakeholder management plans, which will help in achieving ULO-1, ULO- 2, ULO- 3, ULO-4, and ULO-5, this will enable you to achieve CLO-1, CLO-2, CLO-5, CLO-8, and CLO-10 and all collectively with other unit learning outcomes will help in achieving GA2, GA8, GA9, and GA11
