In this Assessment 3 - the task is to write on a Reflective Report on leadership. The reflective report (or a reflective essay) is NOT a reflective learning journal. It focuses on the link/connection between students' own personal experience and the concepts, theories, and information on leadership where you learnt from the subject and how these concepts and theories of leadership can be applied in your own field/area.
Reflective essay: "Having worked as a construction engineer, I found that.... The theory on leadership by ABCD (2010) thus should be applied as... I feel that if I had done ... in my previous project, I would have been able to...."
Assessment : The Task
"Discuss what you have learnt or discovered about the concept/theory of leadership* and change management. Reflect on how the leadership concepts/theories and principles can be applied/implemented in implementing change in the context of work environment e.g. managing an international or multi-cultural project or managing conflicts among project stakeholders and their expectations] that you have experienced/participated in your previous or current work environment"
*In terms of leadership concepts, you can choose one concept either leadership traits/behaviours/styles/charismatic/transformational etc. The selection of one concept. Allow you to dig/evaluate deeper/further and translate into actionable steps which are useful for you. In this regard, you can also utilise the framework of DIEP (D = Describe, I = Interpret, E = Evaluate and P = Plan)

2. Selection of Leadership Concept and Rationale
3. Describe how the leadership concept is implemented in your work environment
4. Discuss in what way the leadership concept is connected to your work experience
5. What are the lessons learnt and how would you apply the lessons learnt to achieve the desired change/outcome
