Emma purchased a second-hand whipping machine without ever having seen it. Anna, the seller, had described it as "new the previous year" and "used it to bake only 2 or 3 cakes". The whipping machine was very old. Emma paid for it in cash but was not happy upon viewing the actual whipping machine.
