According to the National Quality Standards, Element 2.1.1 states 'Each child's wellbeing and comfort is provided for, including appropriate opportunities to meet each child's need for sleep, rest and relaxation.

Refer to the Services Rest and Sleep Policy and Observe the Educators role during children's Sleep and Rest routine.
