Ms. Jiminez was visible in the unit hallways during the shift. Her Room Base Quarantine was discontinued this afternoon and she was observed wearing an mask while in the common areas of the unit. She mostly socialized and interacted with select peers and staff. She was pleasant, engaging and cooperative on approach. She denied having any Covid-19 s/sx. VS-wnl. She denied any SI or SIB. No unsafe behavior noted or reported. Nursing staff will continue to monitor this patient throughout this shift for safety and needs.
