Case: "Quantitative standards provide descriptions of what management expects." (Quantitative Performance Standards, 2022, p. 1)

Performance Management the quantitative assessments can help an organization determine what an employee is exceling at and what areas of performance they can improve. At my current place of employment, I have yet to receive feedback on what I have mastered during my year of employment, or the fact that I need to work on something. The HR department has implemented a coaching session recently that I have signed up for next week on Self evaluation assessment. I would think that this would be a part of the quantitative assessment process. The qualitive process is putting numbers to the processes. How many times an employee was late to work or missed days. How many times did a driver have an accident. These are the qualitive measurements Boasso can take with in the roles of Performance Management.

"Qualitive methods of assessment are ways gathering information that yield results that can't easily be measured by or translated into numbers." (Univeristy of Kanasas, 2022, p. 1)

Boasso could generate qualitative assessments bye sending out questionnaires on what the employees are looking for when wanting and choosing a no cost/ low-cost health benefit. While gathering that information a benefits coordinator could be gathering the qualitative data to share with, they employees on how much their contributions would affect their rates for benefits.
