For this activity, you will work with two or three of your peers, who will play the role of the innovation team members. You must follow the workplace policies and procedures below to lead a follow-up group discussion on the team's requirements.

Meeting policies and procedures:

Lead team meetings by explaining the meeting purpose
Ensure team members are encouraged to participate at the appropriate times
Speak in a professional and assertive manner to lead team communications
Document the meeting outcomes.

You are required to assist in evaluating the team's preferred requirements and how these can be incorporated into the project. You should discuss the team's preferences for the innovation project to determine what these are.

You must document the outcomes of your discussions in your workbook (a maximum of 200 words).
