Are humans still evolving by Darwin's natural selection? Since 2000, there has been a growing debate among scientist. Hypothesis to suggest that we have not changed for the last 40,000 years, other hypothesis suggest that we have stopped natural selection, but humans are now in a cultural evolution. Still some scientist refute this hypothesis stating that natural selection is not about survival but genetic variation.

As you are understanding the concepts of natural selection, research the role of natural selection in human evolution. You can look into the molecular/ gene variants, fertility, mortality, and/or culture changing pattern of natural selection. You are not limited to these areas of discussions.
