Scenario:

The real estate agent will look for new properties on our behalf that meet the needs of our business. Together with the real estate agent, we will look for new spaces that fit our business' needs. They will take into account our spending cap, the size of our business, and any particular requirements we might have. They'll give us a couple options, and we'll decide which one to go with. They will get back to us once they have determined many choices for action so we may choose which one to take. They will assist us in negotiating the price of the property as well.
