Scenario: you will assume the role of a team leader in the Walmart organization. Your regional manager supports your work and has arranged for you to deliver a 30-minute presentation to the company's leadership on a project your team has worked on for the past several months. The project involves researching store and business-level activities that positively influence financial results, along with recommendations on how to expand these activities across the organization to improve performance. You will be presenting your findings and recommendations to a group of approximately fifteen senior managers located in Walmart's offices in Bentonville.

Based on your research, and the information in the scenario, complete the following:

Identify the steps you will take to prepare for and deliver your presentation.
Explain the process you will follow to get to "know your audience," so you can adapt your message.
Choose the format you believe will be most effective for presenting your information (verbal only, verbal with slide show, verbal with flipchart, verbal with handouts, etc.) and explain your rationale.
