You have been asked to assist HR with development of a recruitment plan for Primary Care Physicians to staff the system's outpatient clinics. HR needs you to contribute to the project by providing the following details, so they can develop a formal recruitment plan:

Recruitment sources - explain where good candidates come from; include high yield and low yield sources.
Recruitment strategies - explain how to best reach candidates in your area (cold-calling, events, advertisements, etc.)
Market competition - explain what supply and demand look like in your area. Who is competing for the same physicians? Where are physicians gravitating to for employment?
