Scenario: ABC Airlines

ABC Airlines is recruiting new employees and places an ad in a trade newsletter saying they were looking for "young dynamic" employees. Out of 37 applicants, not a single one was over 40. Sheila, the interviewer, questions each applicant and assigns the qualified ones to a department she feels is suitable for further interviews. Sheila does not believe that men should be stewards, so all of the qualified male applicant's resumes are forwarded to the corporate headquarters for other positions.
