Ring the filtration of the saturated ca(oh)2 the funnel is covered with a watch glass and afterwards the flask is stoppered. this is to minimize contact with the atmosphere/ why is this necessary? how would the observed ksp and solubility of ca(oh)2 be affected if contact with the air were not minimized?
