Statement:In today’s world we are constantly being asked to do the right thing by making the correct choices based on the situation. However, there are times that our decision making process becomes impiered or we second guess our values. Nevertheless, at the end of the day we have to live with our conscience and ultimate decisions.Ethical Scenario:While working as an assistant vice president of a conglomerate company for many years, it’s CEO (your boss) left to become the president at one of its competitors. However, after a year into her new position as president, she called you to request a favor. She asked how business was at the former company and requested that you e-mail her the current non-public annual report of you job.Question:A. As your former boss, should you feel obligated to supply this information to her?B. Could this create an ethical dilemma for you in the event you choose to send this information to her?C.
