Right sided flank pain which just started two hours prior

Question

A 35 year Caucasian male patient comes to the ER with right sided flank pain which just started two hours prior. He ranks the pain 10 out of 10 and states it is a "stabbing" pain. He works in construction and is outside most of the year. No significant past medical or family history. On exam he appears to be in a lot of pain, his abdomen is nontender but he has right sided CVA tenderness when using a fist to palpate the right flank. Labs reveal: Sodium is 143, Chloride is 110, BUN is 32, Creatinine is 1.4, Glucose is 85, Urinalysis shows: pH 7.1, Blood is positive, nitrites negative, leukocyte esterase is positive, protein is positive. KUB x-ray reveals a right sided ureteral stone. What is the likely stone type?
