3) Roman, age 30. Crohn's disease. Vomiting at home x2 days with abdominal distention. Awaiting blood work and CT scan results. NPO. Systolic BP 160s 4 hours prior. Now systolic BP 130s. IV 0.9%NS @ 100cc/hr. Temp 37.4. HR 80 RR 20 SpO2 94% room air. Wife is in waiting room.
