A offers to sell his house to B for $1 million. The offer is a valid offer. Before B accepts the offer, C calls A and tells A that she would like to buy the house for $1.5 million. A sends B a revocation of the offer by regular (snail) mail. Before receives the letter of revocation, B sends an E-mail to A accepting the offer to buy the house. Of course, A refuses to sell the house to B so B sues A. Who wins? Why?
