J.Crew has made an incredible effort to boost its sales by revitalizing the company and designing a new concept. According to Insider (Links to an external site.), Before it filed for bankruptcy, the brand was too exclusive, and consumer behavior changed to favor fast fashion brands like Zara and H&M. Their website offers a fantastic customer experience similar to Amazon. This is a wise move because consumers are used to this layout design. It also provides vast discount deals, sales, and filters that users can select according to their preferences. Regarding the clothes, I do feel like wearing them; they look so comfortable and down-to-earth as they use a diversity of models, which helps me relate with the brand. The prices are a bit too high compared to other brands, but I think they are worth trying because of their high quality and previous top brand image. As a Gen Z consumer, I go beyond the excellent picture or the incredible models that make the clothes look spectacular. The values the brand stands for can be aligned with what I currently see on the website, but they highlight that they are constantly looking for the best fabrics at the most affordable price, which I believe is not the entire truth.
