Revision letter and revision suggestions-change of audience

I need help to writing a revision letter that offers revision suggestions that reflect a "change of audience" for the original document. In other words, if you original document is meant for experts, you may offer suggestions for making it readable to non-experts (even children). You may offer a "radically reduced" version of a long document. Use at least 300 words of you letter, just don't make it as long as the original document. I need a lot of help one this because I don't not know how to do this very well.
