SUMMARY PROJECT
This last activity for the Strategic HR - Business Partnership programme requires you to write a 3,500 - 4,000- word paper that summaries your learning and/or reviews the implementation of that learning to date and/or specifies how the learning from the programme may be implemented going forward.
As you will recall, in each of the 30 chapters of the programme there is an "Actions/Options" section which provides a number of potential actions to take or options to consider to use the learning to benefit either your own development or to progress the best practice used by your organisation.
This "Actions/Options" section is intended to ensure that you have a base, or at least a start point from which you can transfer the content and learning in the programme into a practical benefit for you and your firm.
For purposes of the project you will need to:
1. Review all the actions/options offered in the body of the sections in the programme and: EITHER:
2. Select 3 to 5 actions or options that you have already implemented (or begun implementing). Describe what has been implemented to date, the impact of that implementation and the potential final intended output from these initiatives.
OR
3. Where you have not yet implemented any actions or options from the programme, select 3 to 5 of the likely most impactive initiatives they prompt. Describe what you intend to implement and why and what the intended impact and outputs are for these initiatives.
