Medications: Warfarin (Coumadin) 7.5 mg Daily, Atorvastatin (Lipitor) 20mg Daily, Metoprolol (Lopressor) 12.5 mg BID, Levothyroxine (Synthroid) 75 mcg Daily. Patient states: "I also started taking Tylenol ExtraStrength five times a day for the last month because I hurt my knee."
