d. Transition to the Baccalaureate Role (suggested length is 2 paragraphs)

i. Using components from Bridges Model of Transition:
a. Describe where you are now in your transition.
b. Discuss how the model can continue to guide your transition.
c. Be sure to support your views with a scholarly source.
e. Identification of Short-term Goals (suggested length 1 paragraph)

i. Identify at least one, measurable short-term, professional goal to be completed by the end of your program.
ii. How can an RN-BSN program help you meet your short-term goal
f. Identification of Long-term Goals (suggested length 1 paragraph)
