With reference to a tourism or hospitality organisation of your choice:
1. In light of the organisational behaviour models (i.e. Autocratic, Custodial, Supportive, and Collegial), analyse its management structure
2. Review the objectives of the organisation and assess the suitability of the management structure to achieve its objectives
3. Justify how the organisation could modify its objectives or structure to increase its profitability
Task 2 Instructions:
Select an international tourism or hospitality organisation using company and market data.
Using the information gathered, and your own research, evaluate the performance of the international tourism or hospitality organisation. .
Include a critical review of theories of cross-cultural management which appky to your chosen organisation.

With reference to one or more tourism or hospitality organisation of your choice (you could re-use the original organisation from tasks 1 or 2, or any other organisation):
- Critically explain the emergence of the cultural diversity concept in the tourism and hospitality sector and its implication on the workforce
