These contracts are often titled "Terms of Use," "Terms of Service," or something similar. You should be able to find a link to the contract somewhere on the social media site, although it might take searching since they're never front and center. I was able to access my Facebook account's "Terms of Service" by clicking around. In a pinch, you can also find them simply by "Googling" them. If you do not have a social media account, you should take that approach to finding a contract to use for the prompts below.

Read the contract and select two provisions that were noteworthy, surprising, or bothered you in some way. Explain and discuss the impression they left with you and why. Are they unfair? Confusing? Funny? Is it invasive of your privacy?
