Question: Before starting your discussion, read the Forbes article How to make an ethical difference in your business . In the article, Zwilling (2013) stated, many people seem to have the sense that ethics are spiraling downward in business, yet most business professionals and entrepreneurs I know don't believe they can make a difference. They don't realize that if they don't take an active role in the solution, they really become part of the problem.

Review the five solutions to ethical problems described by Zwilling. Select one of the five solutions. Put yourself into the role of leader and evaluate how your chosen solution could be applied to an organizational ethical dilemma.
