Description of the assignment, task, content, and structure:

Part 1
Bearing in mind the challenges faced by human resource managers in the hotel sector, develop a report on these issues faced by HR managers and their possible implication for HotelCo and its future in terms of hiring, skills development, motivation, and retention of employees and overall business strategy.

Second, as the new HR manager, provide insight into how to hire, develop and retain this workforce to enhance performance drawing on relevant AMO affiliated theories of human resource management.
