Your manager referred a client to you to help him. The client cannot read and write, his mental abilities are limited, and he finds it difficult to understand many things. However, he visits your organization often in the hope of finding a suitable job.
Your colleagues tell you that this customer is always on the back foot, even though he actually works and they all couldn't help him; He is not satisfied with his current work and you began to think about how I will help a client with these specifications, and that the time and effort that you will spend with him is an actual cost to the organization, and another person may be more deserving of this time and effort than this client, so you decided to end the relationship with this client in a documented and disciplined manner. I used paper scales with him, but he did not perform them, and then I directed him to several locations Email, but he did not view it, so you wrote a report on the situation to your manager and recommended ending the relationship with him.
