Think of directions that you would discuss, items that you would make available for use, new words and definitions that the child may be learning. Keep it age appropriate. Consider adjustments that you may make based on culture...for example I may review cultural expectations for a child in a different country and modify what it is that I am baking. For example, since I am an excellent baker I may select to make chocolate chip cookies. CCC's may not be appropriate for a child from a different culture therefore, I would bake an item from their culture.
