Project - Review and Update Development Plans and Provide Support to Employees

This task will require you to review and update the development plans developed in Workplace Assessment Task 4 and provide support to employees to understand their roles.

To complete this task, you must:
• Access and review:
o Development plans developed in Workplace Assessment Task 4
o Documents and/or sources that contain information on actual outcomes observed for each plan.
• Review the development plan on at least two occasions following the schedule discussed in Workplace Assessment Task 4.
• Update each plan after conducting each review.
• Support at least two employees to understand their roles based on the updated development plans
Review Workplace Assessment Task 6 - Assessor's Checklist before starting this task. This form outlines the following:
• Resources you are required to access to complete the task.
• All criteria your submission must address to satisfactorily complete this task.
Your assessor will discuss these resources with you, and the criteria outlined in this form prior to this assessment.
Submit the following evidence to your assessor:
• Evidence of reviewing and updating the development plans.
• Evidence of providing support to the employees
You must also submit the following as supplementary evidence:
• Two copies of the updated development plans after each instance of review
• Documents and/or sources that contain information on actual outcomes observed for each plan
