Question

Review and revise Repetitive computer use as a Legalman, combined with the physical demands of military service, has led to significant issues with my right hand. The frequent lifting of heavy items and extensive computer use have strained my hand and wrist over time. As a Legalman, prolonged hours spent typing, clicking, and using a mouse have resulted in daily pain. The necessity to perform these tasks, often under challenging conditions, has significantly impacted the health of my hand. I am now experiencing numbness and tingling in the fingers, aching forearms, wrist, elbow, shoulder pain, and neck stiffness.
