Task: Refer to the survey assigned to you (see Appendix table on page 2) and available in full in Blackboard: Learning Content (‘Surveys for Case Practise'). You must reverse-engineer the assigned survey, then do the following analysis and research writeup. Your Report should be approximately 4 pages long, plus cover.
This is a 7 part assignment. The first part, a professional cover page is ‘price of entry'- all other sections account for part of the 40-mark grade. The first content section, a Competitive section (#2) is analysis work to trigger an opportunity for Applied Research. Sections 3a and 3b require you to plan and prioritize Primary research for your client (regardless of Classification of Research or Method!).
Sections 4, 5 and 6 test your ability to guide different Research Methods and understand the situations where/when they fit best and which insights they are most likely to reveal. Section 7 tests your ability to prioritize, sequence and plan new applied research to yield pragmatic insights quickly, responsibly.
You may use a template from the course as a ‘base doc', however, if you do, be sure to cite it and replace the cotent with your own, to fit the situation/case you have been assigned.
