Your Agency Head has been very impressed with your performance as HR Director. As a result, the Head is now ready to hear your ideas on revamping the performance appraisal form.

Look at the forms in Figures 11-1, 11-3, and 11-6.

Consider their strengths and weaknesses such as accuracy/objectivity, cost of using, time required to complete the form, simplicity or ease of completion, helpfulness in coaching/training, and appropriateness for promotions/payroll decisions.
