MAR: Scheduled: Cefotriaxone (Rocephin) 500mg/100ml Dose: 100mg Intravenous Q6 administer in 60min. Dextrose at 5% and Sodium Chloride 0.45% Infusion at 50mL/hr CONTINUOUS two most appropriate STGs for this particular patient and two most appropriate LTGs.
