The success of businesses is measured by revenue growth and market share increase, which are the direct results of acquiring new customers and retention of profitable business relationships.

To achieve these results, business organizations must engage their target audience with a commitment to consistently deliver an experience of value greater than the competitors. The goal and responsibilities of marketing departments are to grow the business and manage profitable customer relationships. Thus, justify why marketing departments are the "Voice of the Customers?"
