One important thing to keep in mind is that implicit bias is largely the result of societal and cultural influences that are perpetuated by the media through music, television, movies, advertising and social media. Based on this, identify a media source that reinforces negative stereotypes about a sub-population you are interested in. You might choose an image, a photo, a short movie clip, a commercial or advertisement, or a video. It should be something that is viewed by masses of the general public. If you choose a movie clip, commercial, or video, it would be wise to select content that is less than 1 minute .
