You are interviewing at a local restaurant for the position of general manager (GM). Sales have been falling for the last several months, and employee turnover has nearly doubled. The restaurant has also received a very poor score on its last health inspection in regard to food safety and overall sanitation in the restaurant. If you were to get the job, the management team would include a kitchen manager, a service manager, a bar manager, and you.
